While the changes will result in genetic composition of cancer and mutations.

Oxygen (oxygen) is the key to all of life in this world, especially humans. Disease in the modern era is now mostly caused by lack of oxygen. The problem of oxygen deficiency is a serious problem the world. With oxygen will be able to regenerate cells, help increase the absorption of vitamins and nutrients, boost the immune system and neutralize toxic substances in the bloodstream.

Each cell in the human body needs oxygen, to divide, to grow and to keep the cells alive. The benefits of oxygen are as follows:

Improve memory and intelligence

· Prevents cancer, asthma and various diseases

Improve metabolism

Reduce toxins in the blood

· Stabilize blood pressure

· Strengthen the heart and immune system

· Prevents stress and nervous

· Beautify the skin and prevent premature aging

The second most important substance in this life after Oxygen is WATER. Human body (our bodies) is composed of various substances and the substances it contains the largest body of water of 70%. The composition of the water content in our bodies (humans) are as follows:

· 90% of our brain contains water

· Lung 85%

· Heart 75%

· Kidney 83%

· Muscles 75%

· Blood 90%

From the composition of the above shows that the water in our bodies is very important and is an essential requirement. Lack of water in the human body, then the man will become impotent what more oxygen. Therefore, every day we should consume this water for our bodies, especially pure water that has been processed technologies have uses for the human body as mentioned above.

Water is an important commodity in human life and living things on earth. Without water, human civilization will quickly perish. Because of the water, a civilization would grow. Although 70 percent of the earth is water, but 97 percent of it is sea water (salt) that can not consumed directly by humans.
In essence, the quantity of water on earth has not changed. This is due to the hydrological cycle. Hydrological cycle is the velocity of the water cycle in nature. However, supplies of fresh water existing on earth increasingly worrying. In fact, only 0.29% of fresh water is utilized. The rest is stored in polar ice as Gunning.

Indonesia has a population of more than 200 million people are potentially Countries experiencing water scarcity. Although the coverage of green areas in Indonesia is very big, but 65% of Indonesia's population lives in Java. This may imply that the population density exceeds 889 jiwa/km2 Java island, far from other islands. Thus, water quality will be more easily contaminated, because the accumulation of pollutants in the region which will result in a decrease of solid water quality and environmental degradation. This situation is exacerbated by the waste droppings of the population that is far from feasible. Data from a survey conducted BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics) the end of 1999 showed, rural communities who throw dirt in the septic tank as much as 20.25%, while amounting to 63.01% in urban. If the average human being mengluarkan 1150 urine and 200 grams of stools / day, by naked eye, can be estimated 16 million kg of feces thrown away every day in urban areas (assuming 38% of the population) and 26 million kg in rural areas (assuming 62% of the population). From the description, the percentage of availability of clean water will continue mnurun because of groundwater contamination by dirt.
Currently, Indonesia faced with two complex environmental health issues. First, traditional diseases caused by water, such as malaria, diarrhea, thypus, and others. Second, the emergence of hazard that are not infectious, such as drinking water contaminated with industrial waste, agriculture, such as psetisida, heavy metals, herbicides, and so on.

Traditionally, the classification of diseases related to water are: (1) Water Borne Diseases, which is a disease that is transmitted directly through drinking water. (2) Water Washed Diseases, a disease associated with lack of water hygiene. (3) Water-Based Diseases, a disease caused by germs that some life cycle in water. (4) Water Related Vector Diseases transmitted by vectors of disease that is partly or wholly in water perindukannya.

Healthy Water Parameters and Straying
Parameters of water quality in Indonesia is based on Permenkes No. 146 1990. These parameters consist of physical parameters, chemical parameters, the parameters of radioactive and microbiological parameters. Physical parameters of the water can look from the smell, taste, color, and temperature. If it is not in accordance with the criteria of clean water, the water is probably contaminated materials are hazardous to health.
Chemical parameters, paramer is classified into two categories, organic chemistry and inorganic chemistry. Organic chemistry, among others, aldrin and dieldrin, benzene, chlordine, DDT, and heptachlor-hepachlor. While covering 19 kinds of inorganic chemical compounds. Among others, nitrate, silver (Ag), Selenium (Se), Manganese (Mn), Lead (Tb), and others.
The shape of the radioactivity is damaging effects on water-exposed cells. This damage can result in death, changes in genetic composition and others. Cell death can be overcome if the cells do not regenerate or die entirely.

While the changes will result in genetic composition of cancer and mutations. Terkhir is microbiological parameters. On this parameter there are two elements, namely coli fecal and total coliform. Coli is a fecal contaminants from human waste and other living beings. While the total ccoliform is a water pollutant that resulted in respiratory tract diseases.

Water is essential for human life, not only in Indonesia but throughout the world, the role and services of water for life on earth is very precious. The human body is 70% more water. Problem of availability of clean water is a global issue that must be addressed. Healthy water with healthy living. In water is healthy, there are health resources.
